- A Argallada de Xulia 2021: Xulia Bande is Ribeiro's Grand Dame. Xulia makes very personal wines through which she tells us about HER Ribeiro (Galicia). Like this Rosé, which is a blend of 4 indigenous varieties (Sousón, Ferrón, Brancellao, and Caíño Longo). It's made as a 'bled-off' style entirely in stainless steel, giving us a super mineral (wet granit, fluvial pebbles) and seductively herbal (fern, chestnut leaves) wine.
- Ripa 2019: Jose Luis Ripa is married to Maria Lopez de Heredia (who's behind iconic labels such us Viña Tondonia) who helped him setting the 'Ripa' project in 2016 with the view of crafting the ultimate aged Rioja Rosé that pays homage to all the great gastronomic rosés (more colour, more body). The palate is elegant, brimming with wild strawberry and fragrant orange peel, alongside savoury, herbal notes with a touch of oak sweetness right at the very end.
